The American Club

The American Club, built in 1918 and a member of Historic Hotels of America® since 1994 was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. The American Club was founded in 1918 by former Kohler Co. President Walter J. Kohler, Sr., to provide lodging and respite for immigrant laborers who worked at Kohler Co.
