Tahquamenon River

The Tahquamenon River in the eastern Upper Peninsula is a large, tannin-colored river famous for its namesake waterfalls and excellent fishing for northern pike, walleye, and brook trout. The lower river near the falls offers good access and productive fishing for pike and walleye in the slower, deeper pools.
