Ruby City

Ruby City is a ghost town in Owyhee County, Idaho, situated along Jordan Creek roughly a mile downstream from Silver City. Little remains of what was once a small settlement in this remote corner of the state.

Visitors today will find a quiet, historically evocative site along the creek corridor, though the facts on record are sparse. As with many ghost towns in rural Idaho, access and road conditions are subject to seasonal limitations, and the area is best explored in the warmer months when roads are passable.
