About Lewisville
Lewisville is a vanished community in Polk County, Oregon, that takes its name from David R. Lewis, an 1845 pioneer to the region. A post office served the settlement from 1868 until its closure in 1905, after which the community faded from the map entirely.
Nothing physical remains of Lewisville today. Visitors drawn by curiosity about its history will find no structures, markers, or visible traces of the former community.
